He has many years of experience in protecting clients’ interests in law enforcement agencies, public authorities and courts. He successfully represented and defended the interests of large foreign companies in Ukraine. Advises Ukrainian and international companies, as well as individuals on the organization, conduct and security of business, as well as protection against raider attacks.
He is the author of a number of bills on protection of business interests, bills on amendments to the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and other laws; author of numerous publications on topical legal issues.
He is member of the Ukrainian Bar Associations.
